Day by Day Itinerary Days : 1 Arrival in Beijing
Upon arrival at Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the hotel. The rest day is free to have the chance for shopping or to explore this booming city at your own pace.

Days : 2 Beijing
Today's adventure begins at Tian'anmen Square, the largest public space on earth. Passing through the Heavenly Peace Gate and walking into the Forbidden City, you will step back in time and home to the Imperial Courts of Ming and Qing Dynasties for more than 500 years. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, one of China's most photographed attractions, where the Chinese Emperors were known, worshipped the gods and prayed for good harvests. This evening, you will enjoy the traditional Beijing Duck Banquet Dinner, then attend a lively Peking Opera performance.(B+L+D)

Days : 3 Beijing
Leave the bustle and traffic of Beijing behind and journey through the countryside to see one of the Wonders of the World – The Great Wall. Along the way, you will stop at a jade carving factory where you can watch artisans at work. After lunch you will visit the massive tomb complex of the Ming Emperors where you will walk along the "Sacred Way" passing between pairs of huge stone sculptures.(B+L)

Days : 4 Beijing - Urumqi
This morning you will visit the Summer Palace, the best preserved of all imperial palace gardens. Fly to Urumqi and transferred to the hotel.(B+L)

Days : 5 Urumqi - Turpan
Drive to Turpan and transfer to the hotel. Today's adventure begins at the Jiaohe Ruins which was built in Han Dynasty. After lunch and a short break, you will move on to the Karez Irrigation Site and the Sugong Minaret in the afternoon.(B+L)

Days : 6 Turpan - Dunhuang
This morning you will visit the Gaochang Ruins, you will also tour Flaming Mountain. Have typical lunch at a local restaurant, you will move on to thousand Buddha Caves in the afternoon. Catch the over night soft sleeper train to Dunhuang.(B+L+D)  

Days : 7 Dunhuang
The tour guide will meet you at the station and escort you to the hotel. This morning you will enjoy a short camel riding along the Sounding Sand Dune. Visit the Crescent Moon Lake. Transfer to the hotel to rest up for tomorrow's adventures.(L)

Days : 8 Dunhuang - Lanzhou
Today your adventure begins at tour the the Mogao Caves. Boast 491 grottoes, Mogao Caves also known as the 1000-Buddha Cave. It is the largest of its kind and one of the best-preserved treasures of the art in the world. Then fly to Lanzhou and transfer to the hotel. Continue to visit the Waterwheel Garden.(B+L)

Days : 9 Lanzhou
Full day excursion to the Binglingsi Grottoes. Return Lanzhou. Stay at your hotel.(B+L)

Days : 10 Lanzhou - Xiahe
Drive to Xiahe and check in at your hotel -- Labuleng Hotel. After lunch, first take the tour of the Sangke Grassland . Then visit a local Tibetan family.(B+L)  

Days : 11 Xiahe - Lanzhou
Most of the day in Xiahe. you will visit the Labrang Monastery. A propitious place in the hearts of the Tibetan, it stands by the Daxia River and faces the Dragon Mountain. Then return to Lanzhou and transferred to the hotel.(B+L)

Days : 12 Lanzhou - Xian
Fly to Xian, the tour guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. You will visit the Ancient City Wall. After lunch and a short break, continue to visit the Provincial History Museum, where you will see artifacts from the Paleolithic period, priceless Tang Dynasty bronzes and treasures from the Silk Road caravans.(B+L)

Days : 13 Xian
Today you will visit what for many is the high point of their trip to China - the excavation site of the Terra-Cotta Warriors, you will have plenty of time to explore the site, get a good look at the warriors from various vantage points and visit the excellent museum. After lunch, go on visiting the Big Goose Pagoda and the Great Mosque. This evening, you will enjoy the local speciality of Dumpling Dinner, and attend a lively Tang Dynasty Show afterwards.(B+L+D)

Days : 14 Xian - Shanghai
Fly to Shanghai and transferred to the hotel. Continue to visit the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old meets the modern in Shanghai. After lunch, you will also tour the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, teahouses and restaurants, and to the elegant and tranquil Yu Garden. You will attend the thrilling Shanghai Acrobatic Show after dinner.(B+L+D)
