 |  We'd like to give tongue to our pleasure in so much a fantastic and interesting trip. The entire vacation was absolutely well organised, particularly the service of our guide. She was indeed interesting and informative about all the places we visited that we were able to catch the atmosphere. I don’t expect there will be ever such an offer again, but if we can manage we would like to visit Xian again and see some more of this fascinating country.  | Hi Jenny, please see following comments. Also I have attached our rating of Ella for our trip in Xian. The guide service far exceeded anticipations. Both Ella & Cindy are fantabulous tour guides with comprehensive knowledge of history and places, with extraordinary English oral presentation skills. It's evident they're love being tour guides, and they're really good at it. They were both pleasurable to speak with and entertaining to be around. The hotels were very good, the breakfasts were a decent way to begin the day with a good choice of food and drinks. I'd recommend all the hotels were stayed at. All of the meals were decent. However, your team made sure I was attended to at all times, and as a result I truly was able to enjoy visiting your wonderful country.I will certainly recommend China Highlights to my colleagues within Merck, and to my personal friends as well. Completing a booking via the internet can always be a bit risky but we felt totally safe dealing with your company.The efficiency and speed in planning our tour was very impressive.  | We felt that you and your company did a great job providing us with a good tour and were very flexible in working with us. We especially liked our time in Luoyang. Our guide, Frank, there was the best! He did everything he possibly could to make our time there spectacular going out of his way whenever he could! In Luoyang, we were given great emphasis on the highlights of the tour as your itinerary showed. Over all, though, we had a wonderful time in China.  | We're home (since 2 a.m.) and rapidly recovering from jet lag. It was a wonderful trip and your company and staff do a fine, actually, terrific job. We especially enjoyed meeting you and sharing that excellent meal. The only suggestion for improvement would be not to use the Zhonghan Hotel. I know that you had to make last minute adjustments to meet our budget, but the hotel is neither comfortable nor very clean and detracted a good deal from the experience of the fascinating Beijing.
